Pilates for Every Body and Mind

Movement that meets you where you are.

Welcome

If fitness has ever made you feel like you needed to change yourself to belong, you are in the right place.

Here, movement is:

âś“ Explained with clarity

so it makes sense for your body and your life

âś“ Rooted in research and real human nervous systems

not pressure, punishment, or performance culture

âś“ Adaptable to what you have

a mat, a chair, a towel, or just a few moments to breathe

âś“ Designed to feel doable and enjoyable

not like another task you have to earn your way into

You do not need to get “ready” before you begin.
I meet you exactly where you are and help you find the kind of movement that actually feels good to return to.

know Amanda

I’m a neurodivergent instructor who found fitness later in life by following curiosity, not discipline. I’ve lived in Houston, Austin, Seattle, San Diego, Atlanta, and now Bangkok — and I bring that mix of culture and movement into my teaching.

From Pilates and Barre to BJJ and paddle boarding, I believe movement should shift with your energy, not against it.
